Why I haven't move out...

Most of my friends sort of wonder why I still live with my parents..here are several pictures of my house...Tiling work still in progress..wiring also still ongoing which I think should be completed in next 2-3 days..

My weekend job increasing..Every Saturday, I spend time to do something at my house..I manage to transform my 'sekangkang kera' tanah from jungle..hehehe...I plant amra and kind of berry in front of my house....:-D..In my backyard, I plant all kind of plants that I can eat ranging from timun, kacang panjang, cili, buncis, terung, kangkung, bendi and also ulam raja...Limau also; kasturi, nipis and purut...and serai...

I modified the original gate: put in flowers and paint..most people thought I bought a new gate...Come on I'm quite a super saver..There's no way I'm going to spend that much money...
Transform jungle like this....(heaps of rubish)...
to...something like this...can see my amra and berry tree...and diamond lawn...
My backyard...pokok kacang panjang, timun, cili terung, serai, bendi, serai...not to forget segala jenis limau e.g. limau purut, nipis and kasturi :-D...Timun and kacang tanah dah berbunga..limau nipis & kasturi dah berbuah..Not to forget cili also dah berbunga dan berbuah...by the time I move in, hopefully everything still there hahahaha...
See...full of cement and tiles...also uncomplete wiring..
Some of fan and lights I bought...
The stairs still di not have tiles...still have to use standing tiles...

I wish I can move in before the new semester starts..we'll see if I can do that....

Slap on my face..

Few days ago I received a call from HR from one electronic company..She called me because she needed my help to find Malay fresh graduates for engineer position in the company..Since I wasn't that familiar with this university status, I promised to get back to her..Guess what, after spoke to my colleagues seems like all 3++ pointer Malay graduates just not interested to join electrical and electronic company...I felt very embarrassed to call the company to tell them we just simply do not have Malay graduate that fulfill their criteria..what a shame...Today, the director of the company rang me..She was very surprised to hear the situation with our Malay graduate...very few of them in second class upper category and they just simply not interested! What can I say....

Sometimes..we just can't change the mentality...If you want easy job, go back to your hometown and fly kite!

slap in the face

Can't wait for sleepy head comment..after he commented on Datuk Lee appointment by DAP Penang state gov, this guy left Gerakan for good..Actually when I heard sleepy head comment on news last night that Datuk Lee should not accept the appointment to be a director for one of Penang state gov company, I already said to myself "If I'm in his shoes, I definitely leave BN for good"...Now, how many seats BN still have in Penang...hehehe..

Why we have idiots like this in our society?? All ketua kampung that was appointed by previous state gov were asked to resigned..and yet they use tax payers' money to keep paying the allowances...Few weeks ago, all previous Jawatan Kuasa Kampung (JKK) in Pakatan Rakyat lead states were asked to resign...BUT...they were appointed as JKKP..means, taxpayers have to pay the allowances for both JKK and JKKP..what the %&*#..

Serve selected people or serve the rakyat?? If they behave like this, I'm just afraid people will completely vote them out in the next general election...clean your shit!

Frankfurt

I haven't wrote much about Frankfurt in my previous post..Well, after I came back, I've been very busy...of course so many things to sort out and exam scripts to mark..hmm..and not to forget FRGS proposal amendment..

Back to Frankfurt story...I only spent a day over there..Such short time I can conclude that Frankfurt is a modern city with well preserved historical buildings...There are so many old buildings that have been transformed into museums, restaurants, shopping mall etc...Another part of the city, we can see heaps of sky scrapper buildings...living in Frankfurt not much different compared to Karlsruhe or Stuttgard..most Shops also close on Sunday :-D...not a good place for shopper-holic like me...:-D..however, this city is more tourist-friendly hahahaha...many people can speak English and quite a few souvenirs shops..This city also quite popular among Chinese tourists...

Foodwise...I like this city even more...:-D heaps of halal food outlets; Pakistani, Indian..etc..After a week I can find rice with lamb curry...what more could I say...
Naan bread, rice and lamb curry...

Modern part of the city

I'm going home...

ME in Frankfurt...Rome market

fuhh...after spending a week here, I'm more than ready to go home..I'm writing in Frankfurt...pronounce properly 'frank-fut'...Can't wait to go home tomorrow...nothing much to say coz I'm planning to post part by part of my trip..in conclusion, Germany is such a challenging place to travel if you don't speak German...especially out of Frankfurt!

I sort of almost 'give up' to speak English..If possible, I want to speak Malay hahaha..same thing, they don't understand! :-))

Well....wish me a good sleep tonight and safe trip home tomorrow...See you on Tuesday MALAYSIA...

worth trip of all....

Have a look of the following pictures...tell me if you are not interested to see all these..hmm...I think I can spend all day in Mercedes museum...:-) Worth of 8 euro...although I'm not a car fan, but I really appreciate the way they arrange the museum..with very good chronological order, well organised information, sound system and the most important the model! I don't know what to say, although I can't afford the car but I'm impressed!

The latest in market..can we afford it in 100 years? :-)

What say you?? Impress to see all racing cars and lorries...

Among classic racing cars
Remind me Gypsies..or circus...:-)

Mission to Stuttgard

Why do I said mission to Stuttgard??? Even when I tried to get train ticket to Stuttgard at Karlsruhe main train station I already had problem...guess what when I spoke to people in the information centre he replied back in German hahahaha...how should I guess?? the same thing when I wanted to buy train ticket..the guy asked and answer me back in German...hahahaha...so, I just had to guess what they were trying to say..Thank God, I still manage to get to Stuttgard...

Frankly speaking, I'm not returning back to Stuttgard..It's such an industrial area...hehehe..the minute I got off the train I can smell 'oil'...remind me of machine or engine oil...Stuttgard is the main place for Mercedes though and I think for heavy vehicle industry as well. No wonder the city quite dirty....

People over there speak even less English compared to Karlsruhe...imagine, nobody can help me to buy tram ticket s-bahn to go around Stuttgard...hahahaha...I told them what I wanted but they keep speak to me in German...Finally, I sort out the machine by myself...

I stay in Bad Canstatt which is 1 tram stop from main Frankfurt city. In my opinion, I did not feel safe in Stuttgard or Bad Canstatt in particular...I can see policemen everywhere..Moreover, the people behave quite weird...or in other word they look like/ behave like drunk! screaming and shouting everywhere...should I say like factory operators compared with gov officers??? well, I believe they receive 'less' education compared to those in Frankfurt...what more should I say, there are a lot of Muslim around Bad Canstatt..I'm not saying Muslim behave like that...

In general, people in Stuttgard also similar with Karlsruhe..they like to spend time outdoor..so many people in theme parks, parks and garden..shopping wise, Stuttgard not bad..but with increasing Euro value, I think it's cheaper in Asian countries...Here are some pictures around Stuttgard..I save Mercedes Museum pictures for later! :-))

Waaa...my problem did not stop there...when I wanted to catch train to Frankfurt, the train was first delayed..all of sudden the sign change...next, on the board they said the train was cancelled and they made announcement in German! what the@#$%...!! so, I went to information counter and the guy announce something in German as well..Before I had chance to ask further, he left! hmmm, I asked somebody next to me..he seems good in English..Guess what, thank God I did not 100% trust him or else I might missed my train..His translation completely wrong..Luckily, I re-check and waited patiently..finally, the train arrived...the train just delay for 30 minutes and stopped at different terminal..the board just wrong...

In conclusion, even if you don't understand, you better look for information and second opinion..do not blindly trust people around you....the sky is the limit....beyond that, you have to spend a fortune! hahahaha

Training

Machines I would love to have :-))

Me, Taiwanese lady (Ya-Ching) and tutor in the middle
Am I short or they are tall?? :-D
Bruker

Siemen Industrial Park

This Topas software training was carried out by a lecturer from Vienna University..He's actually a trainer hired by Bruker..6 of us attending this course- 3 from Hungary, 1 from Switzerland, 1 from Taiwan and Me...waaa....the course getting harder and harder each day..I don't know how much I actually absorbed. It such an intensive course full day each day-theory and practical...can you imagine learn about crystallography everyday??? my head was nearly explode.....I emailed a friend of mine saying that I should not attend this course in the first place hahahaha....opportunity always come with responsibility..I'm not the one who blame others if I can't deliver...should I say 'somebody sabotage me'???:-))

We visited Bruker factory and see how every machine made of from scratch..surprisingly, the most important part in x-ray technology was not made by them....hmm...so, it doesn't matter if we buy from different company because the main parts come from the same company hahahaha...why should we spend that much money....? here are some pictures....
